Qalat Daqqa Lamb Roast

Pre heat the oven to 140C.
Rub the surface of 1 leg of lamb all over with 2 Tbsp USimplySeason Tunisian Five spice seasoning.
Wrap in foil so that the meat is wrapped up like a parcel.
Put the lamb into a large casserole with a lid and cook for 5 hours.
Serve with rice and a spicy tomato sauce.
