Our 540 stainless steel cosmetic needles promote healthy looking skin and for a healthy glow. Directions First, place derma roller under warm running water for 1 to 2 minutes. Second, soak derma roller head in isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes (a concentration of 60% to 80%) to disinfect. Third, clean the skin, Fourth use on forehead, cheeks, and chin. Apply gentle pressure but do not puncture the skin. Roll the derma roller back and forth 4-5 times in each direction horizontally, vertically and diagonally in the area you wish to treat. Maintain the same speed and pressure to create more micro vessels. Fifth, soak derma roller head in isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes (a concentration of 60% to 80%) to disinfect.
